Testimonials

Hindustan Spices & Herbals rated "excellent" by travellers

“Wonderful female representative ” We were taken here by our driver... The garden had loads in and the female guide who showed us around (100 each) was just hysterical. The actual garden was tired, but she made the visit really funny.

“Beautiful garden full of spices and herbs. Great opportunity to learn more about plants and their power. Friendly guide explains everything, starting from names and description of each specie to its utilisation.

The guide, Joice, spoke good English and was entertaining. We saw may spices plants growing including some that were completely new to me. We bought some spices that seemed reasonably priced though not the cheapest we had seen. Overall we enjoyed the visit and Joice's tour and it made an interesting stop on the way to Munnar.

My driver stopped here on the way to Munnar. There is a quick tour that shows many really interesting plants, i had never seen a touch-me-not before. Good way to break up the drive and get to learn about the spice gardens.

Andy E, Texas

Interesting stopover on a long journey. Learnt a lot about spices but the main push from this outfit was the plants for ayurverdic treatments. Worth a stopover and the tour was done by a friendly Indian girl with good English. Bought some spices in the shop at the end.
